I also work as a senior on your clients’ projects, white-label if you prefer. The client stays yours.
Prices, timing, what you keep.
How much does AI consulting cost?
It depends on the scope, and you know before we start: the assessment and the build are fixed-price, ongoing support is a monthly fee. I do not bill by the hour or on commission.
How is this different from an AI course or off-the-shelf software?
A course teaches you a tool; off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work. I start from how you work and build the system you need, connected to the software you already use.
What does the company keep at the end?
Everything: the working system, the code, the instructions, the tests and the training. You are not tied to me: if one day you want another supplier to take over, you can.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, mostly remotely, across Italy, Switzerland and the EU. I come on site for the kick-off, workshops with your people and go-live.
