Websites, online shop and digital contracts for a multi-brand company

Several brands, each with its own website and audience. I rebuilt the platform, cleaned up the online shop and moved contracts from paper to tablet, with safe updates: a backup before every change and an immediate roll-back if something goes wrong.

Before

Websites built in different years, working but fragile to update. Lead measurement different from brand to brand. An online catalogue that had grown without order. Sales contracts on paper.

What I did

  • A custom platform for the brands’ websites, built for search engines, with an update system that checks, backs up and rolls back on its own if something goes wrong.
  • Legacy websites maintained and, where needed, moved to a new domain.
  • Online shop reorganised automatically: 1,109 products checked, 607 kept, 502 removed, 356 renamed, 32 categories; payments and shipping live.
  • Digital contracts: after a legal review of the contract, a guided flow on a tablet with email verification, four signatures, PDF and archiving.
  • One way of measuring leads across all brands.

After

Websites and platform in use, online shop live, the contracts app completed and being published.

What it can do for your company

If you have several brands, several locations or a website nobody dares to touch: a single chain website → lead → sale → contract, measured and updatable without fear.

Technical details, for those who want them
  • Symfony 5.4 application (15 controllers, 124 templates) with JSON-LD structured data, canonical and Open Graph; installer with pre-checks, backup, atomic write, SHA-256 verification and roll-back (June 2026).
  • Legacy custom PHP websites (839 files) with a proprietary admin panel.
  • WooCommerce with REST API automations for catalogue clean-up.
  • Contracts app: tablet flow, email verification code, four signatures, PDF generation (September 2026).
  • Server-side tag manager and consent across all brands.
